Tryout Dates & Handouts

TRYOUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Tryout Fee is $20.00
- Please note new registration procedures for 2010-2011 through USA Volleyball. Click on USAV Registration Tab on left side of page, or USAV Player Registration.
- Complete waiver and release of liability. Download form here.
- Complete FVPD Registration form and bring with you to the tryout. Download and print by clicking here.
- Come 30 minutes early and be dressed for a workout!

TRYOUT DATES/TIMES FOR 2010

BOYS
Club Season 2010-2011
- Wednesday, September 8th, 2010
- 17u/18u from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
- 15u/16u from 8:00-9:45 p.m.

GIRLS
- Middle School Girls Tryout Information!
- 12u/13u/14u- October 3rd, 2010 & October 17th, 2010 (See Flyer above for times).
- Attend first tryout date! Highly recommended!

- High School Girls Tryout Information!
- 15u/16u (Freshmen/Sophomores)- Monday, October 25th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m.
- 17u/18u (Juniors/Seniors)- Monday, November 8th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m.
- CONFLICT DATE- Monday, November 15th, 2010. This tryout only for players who were participating in IHSA playoffs. Otherwise, attend first tryout date.
