Girls Program 2009-2010

All Cyclones Teams Will Benefit From The Following:

Program Information Sheet for 2009, pricing included.

• Cyclones Volleyball does not charge user-fees outside of the tuition and uniforms (all tournaments included).
• Every practice in Aurora, IL. LOCATION TBD!
• Practice times are consistent.
• Experienced coaching staff with a plethora of assistants on site.
• Competitive tournament exposure (Great Lakes Power League)
• Physical Training program available to all players!

High School Teams

• 18+ total tournament dates (50-60 Matches)
• Competitive tournament exposure (Great Lakes Power League, Palos Courts Invites, etc.)
• Participation in National Qualifier and Regional Qualifier (if selected)
• Training will be consistent and coordinated on a circuit-program.
• 2-3 practice per week. (150-175 minutes each)
• Physical Training included.

Middle School Teams

• 14+ total tournament dates (42+ Matches)
• Competitive tournament exposure (Great Lakes Power League, Palos Courts Invites, etc.)
• Participate in Regional Qualifier if in top 1/3 of Great Lakes Power League Rankings.
• Training will be consistent and focusing on the development of fundamentals (movement and contact).
• 2 practices per week.
• Physical Training included.
